Help is when you need to look up something on a page, watch a video, or listen to a help file. If we've done a good job, you smile and are on your way. Bad job, we need to know. If you give a unique or innovative suggestion, we will be in touch.
Support is us helping you. When you buy or subscribe to a service, you get us. We offer support that comes with our products and services in many ways. We also offer paid support for busy professionals who want us to act on their behalf and set up our products and more.
